The Soul of Leadership Program at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management

Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, located in Evanston, IL, is an esteemed partner of Albert & Company, International. Executive Education courses take place in the James L. Allen Center, a state-of-the-art facility housing 150 bedrooms, each with Internet access and voicemail. The space is ideal for communication among participants and faculty attending one of the more-than 160 executive programs at Kellogg.

One such program is The Soul of Leadership, an innovative course led by Academic Directors Deepak Chopra, world-renowned author and physician, and Clinical Professor Michelle Buck. Their unique perspectives on the subject of leadership blend to explore group dynamics, loyalty, creativity, vision, security, and achievement, while incorporating real-world experience. The course utilizes aspects of psychology, neuroscience, and leadership development to offer a greater understanding of how leaders lead and how groups function.

Course participants will learn about:

– Authenticity, intentionality, and awareness in their leadership identity
– Becoming more aware of their own intuition and creativity
– Understanding emotions and using this understanding in their leadership
– Understanding of group needs

The Soul of Leadership will be offered in two sessions. The first, February 10 – 12, 2014, will be held at the Miami, FL campus, which was recently renovated to mirror the Allen Center. The second, October 20 – 22, 2014, will be held at the Evanston, IL campus.
