Accenture and MIT Sloan School of Management’s Office of Executive Education are collaborating to develop the Accenture Technology Executive Development Program, to enable the next generation of technology leaders.

The Accenture Technology Executive Development Program marks Accenture’s first collaboration with MIT Sloan and is designed to encourage Accenture Technology professionals to think differently and radically about technology in order to develop innovative, disruptive solutions for clients. MIT Sloan faculty and Accenture Technology leaders will focus on the changing role of technology in organizations and how to harness technology to increase agility and be future-ready.

This new yearlong program, scheduled to begin in February 2015, consists of three primary modules to develop technology leadership skills: strategy, capability, and change management. Each module includes tools, such as work-embedded experiences, Accenture Connected Learning classroom sessions, and virtual instructor-led learning sessions. Individuals from multiple locations can participate in these interactive sessions. Participants who complete the program will be awarded a certificate.
