Michigan Ross Faculty Are Influential Research Rock Stars

As the end of the 2015 – 2016 academic years approaches, Michigan Ross School of Business has compiled some information on its faculty members. From July 2015 – June 2016, Michigan Ross faculty members:

* Published 53 books and book chapters
* Were quoted 8,505 times in media outlets, including 505 times in the most-influential media outlets worldwide (Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, New York Times, etc.)
* Held more than 100 editorial positions at top academic journals (including Editor in Chief positions, such as Stefan Nagel for the Journal of Finance and Jerry David for Administrative Science Quarterly)
* Submitted 58 papers to the Michigan Ross Working Paper Series in the Social Science Research Network
* Were named to influential young leader lists (Brian Wu named to 40 under 40 by Poets & Quants, Eric Schwartz named to 20 in their 20s by Crain’s Detroit Business, and Marcus Collins named to 40 under 40 by Advertising Age)
* Published 124 papers in A-level academic journals
* Given talks to 755 Ross alumni in cities around the world
* Taught more than 1,000,000 students in classes on Coursera (online courses)
