Yale Executive Program in Sustainability Leadership

The Yale School of Management (SOM) offers the Yale Executive Program in Sustainability Leadership, a 3½-day program that provides the knowledge and tools to lead organizations toward sustainability. Taught by faculty in business and environmental science, the Yale SOM site calls this the “first sustainability program of its kind to bring together science, leadership, business strategy, and innovation to help sustainability managers and officers success as strategic partners in their organizations.”

Participants will take part in one-on-one review sessions of their organization’s sustainability plans with expert faculty, examining gaps and identifying opportunities. They will also interact with peers and formulate plans for next steps. According to Molly Nagler, Associate Dean for Executive Education, Yale expects great learning “for the participants on how to apply cutting-edge insights to their jobs, and for Yale SOM on how to best support today’s leaders through short open-enrollment programs.”
