Savoy Magazine Names Four Harvard Business School Faculty Members to Most Influential Black Corporate Directors List
Savoy magazine, a quarterly national publication focusing on African-American culture, business, and lifestyle, recently named four Harvard Business School (HBS) faculty members to it “Power 300” list of 2016’s most influential black corporate directors.
The faculty members are:
* James I. Cash, James E. Robison Professor of Business Administration Emeritus – former member of the GEO and Microsoft boards and currently a Director of Chubb Limited and Walmart. He joined the HBS faculty in 1976 and is an expert in the use of information technology, and has taught in all HBS major programs, including the MBA (which he headed from 1992 to 1995) and Executive Education programs.
* Linda Hill, Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration – Director of Eaton Corporation and State Street Corporation. She is faculty chair of the HBS Leadership Initiative and ranks sixth in the 2015 Thinkers50 list of the world’s most influential business thinkers.
* Henry McGee, Senior Lecturer – Director of Tegna, Inc. and AmerisourceBergen, he joined the faculty in 2013 following his retirement as president of HBO Home Entertainment. He has taught both MBA and Executive Education programs.
* Paula Price, Senior Lecturer – serves on the boards of Accenture, Dollar General, and Western Digital Corporation. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ahold USA from 2009 to 2014 before joining the HBS Accounting and Management Unit.
