Penn Wharton Budget Model Hosting Post-Election Press Briefing November 12th: What’s Ahead for the Economy?

The Penn Wharton Budget Model (PWBM) is hosting a private press briefing on the economic implications of the 2020 election results on November 12th from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM EDT. Presenters will focus on the short-term outlook for the pandemic and the economy, and the long-term effects of the president-elect’s policy platform.

The PWBM, housed at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is a nonpartisan research organization that provides economic analysis of the fiscal impact of public policy.

Press-briefing speakers are:

* Kent Smetters, PWBM Faculty Director and Boettner Professor in the Department of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

* Richard Prisinzano, PWBM Director of Policy Analysis

* John Ricco, PWBM Senior Analyst
