Dr. Ron Piccolo, Cornell Professor of Management and an expert on leadership, job design, social information processing, and subconscious motivation, is Academic Director for the Center for Leadership Development at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, one of Rollins College’s Centers of Excellence.

The Center for Leadership Development provides training and leadership development programs for MBA students, promoting leadership development as a process of self-awareness, personal growth, and relationship- and skill-building. Ranked 19^th in the United States for leadership development education by Leadership Excellence magazine, the Center earned the 2011 and 2014 Graduate Admissions Council TeamMBA Award.

Ron’s work has been published in magazines such as Forbes and academic journals including Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management, and Journal of Applied Psychology.
