Harvard Business School Executive Education Launches Driving Profitable Growth Program

Harvard Business School Executive Education is launching a new program that will focus on how to build and operate companies that pursue and sustain profitable growth.

Driving Profitable Growth, designed for senior executives and experienced leaders who are responsible for driving growth within their enterprises, will take place on the Harvard campus October 25 – 28, 2017 and will address common challenges senior executives face in growing their companies, including scaling organizational and business models, escaping saturated markets, and evolving culture to align with increased sales and complexity. There are three modules, each covering a key leadership issue presented by growth. Participants are asked to come to the program prepared to present a specific challenge their enterprise faces.

Francesca Gino, Tandon Family Professor of Business Administration and Faculty Cochair of Driving Profitable Growth, says, “This program is unique because it focuses explicitly on the goal of growth. The curriculum is geared toward senior executives at companies of varying sizes, whose growth challenges range from scaling smaller firms to finding new growth opportunities for more established organizations. This varied perspective creates a comprehensive and challenging learning experience.”
