G100 Next Generation Leadership – A Higher Calling
G100 Next Generation Leadership is a stellar one-year program led by experienced CEOs and designed to develop the future generation of executive leaders. A maximum of 40 senior-level officers, including CEO succession candidates, take part in this transformative program that broadens perspectives and increases confidence to address upcoming business challenges. Members enter the program by rolling admission in the Winter, Spring, or Fall, and begin by attending three private two-day sessions in New York.
The focus of this program is to develop talent at the highest levels, leverage knowledge, and prepare future CEOs. Meetings address real-world challenges of running a major company, and experienced CEOs not only lead the discussions, but also provide one-on-one mentoring for participants.
