The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), in partnership with the T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Center for Health and the Global Environment at Harvard University, is offering Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership.

Designed for senior leaders interested in integrating sustainability into their businesses in order to drive innovation and growth, this four-day program assists leaders in establishing sustainability as the “problem that solves your organization.”

Participants will:

* Evaluate what has and has not been working with efforts to take sustainability from the margins into the core of the organization

* Learn a powerful new framework for increasing their sustainability leadership impact

* Position sustainability as a driver for innovation, agility, and effectiveness

* Leverage social dynamics to drive organizational learning

* Increase decision-making agility to allow good ideas to be scaled up quickly

* Reduce risk and instability by mastering sustainability change management
