ESSEC Asia-Pacific is offering a Design Thinking workshop, which will be Singapore’s first and only executive education program to integrate ExperienceInnovation into the course framework. ExperienceInnovation is a simulation developed by Experience Point, in collaboration with IDEO.

This new program is designed for executive directors, directors, and senior managers; heads of learning and development; marketing directors and managers; and entrepreneurs who are interested in the innovation process and how to cultivate an innovation culture in their organizations.

Participants will:

* Enhance their innovation competencies through integrated design-thinking simulations
* Gain leading-edge knowledge on leading innovation
* Develop insights on how to leverage and align key stakeholders to innovate
* Learn practical tools and skills for implementing design thinking within organizations

The faculty member for this workshop is Kevyn Young, Academic Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School, who focuses his expertise on creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
