Darden to Offer Short Courses This Spring in Washington, D.C.
Darden Executive Education at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business recently announced that it will offer three short courses in the Washington, D.C. area. The University of Virginia Darden School of Business ranks No. 3 in the world on The Economist list of the Top 100 International MBA programs, earning the No. 1 spot for Education Experience. The Darden School of Business also ranked No. 3 on the 2014 Financial Times list of top open enrollment executive education programs.
The Washington, D.C programs include one established program and two new programs. Strategic Sales Management is a four-day course that will help participants identify the best sales management strategy for their organizations. It will be held April 20 – 23, 2015. Executive Excellence: Communicating, Engaging and Influencing in a Global Marketplace is a new 2 ½ day program, in partnership with The Communication Center, that will enhance participants’ communication skills through a hands-on experience in which they learn new strategies for connecting with audiences worldwide. It will be held May 6 – 8, 2015. Project Management for Executives is another new program, two days long, that covers managing and mitigating risk, defining and managing project scope and expanse, navigating uncertainty, and aligning and motivating multinational project teams. This program takes place May 12 -13, 2015.
