Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business is offering Building Dynamic Teams, a new executive education program blending academic research with practical insights that helps participants build trust and be more effective team members. Designed for individuals who manage teams, projects, or customer relationships, it improves team dynamics in many types of business situations.

This three-day course includes lectures as well as hands-on experiential activities, which will help participants develop the skills to overcome personal obstacles in order to accelerate and improve individual decision-making, foster a collaborative group environment, and anticipate challenges to lead change.

Topics include:

* Decision-making – decision biases, risk taking, diversity, objectives, wisdom of crowds
