Smith College, a long-time partner of ACI, offers many innovative and exciting Executive Education courses for women. Located in Northampton, MA, Smith offers accelerated programs in leadership development, as well as a Leadership Consortium, custom programs, and a joint Global Leaders program in partnership with Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. From Specialist to Strategist and Directing Innovation are available for women interested in Science, Technology and Engineering.

Smith College has offered Executive Education courses for over 35 years. The goal of Executive Education at Smith is to offer lifelong learning for women. Programs are created based on the needs and priorities of participants and thought leaders. Participants build networks and address issues women face in business, including leadership, wellness, and balance.

Smith usually holds seven to ten classes per year, and each generally includes 40 to 60 executives. Consultants and faculty from some the world’s top business schools teach these programs. Teaching methods include case studies, simulations, and personal research.

Smith College has recently partnered with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to form a new program for female executives called the HKUST-Smith Women’s Leadership Series.  This series of courses is geared toward women in public service, government workers, and other non-governmental organizations. Courses will take place both in Hong Kong and on Smith’s US campus.
