Executive Education at UCLA is part of the distinguished Anderson School of Management at UCLA in Los Angeles.  Programs are designed to help executives reach their potential as individuals as well as in groups.

UCLA Anderson offers individual Executive Education as well as Enterprise programs for specific organizations. Courses topics include Creativity and Innovation, Finance, Global Business Strategy, Human Resources, Medical Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Operations Management, and Organizational Alignment. Their Leadership Suite of five Institutes geared toward specific communities (African Americans, Latinos, Managers with Disabilities, LGBT Individuals, and Women) seeks to empower professional growth and greater organizational value.

UCLA’s impressive faculty includes an international roster, all of whom are organized into the following categories: Accounting; Decisions, Operations, and Technology Management; Finance; Global Economics and Management; Management and Organizations; Interdisciplinary Group in Behavioral Decision Making; Marketing; and Strategy. One such esteemed faculty member is professor Moshe Rubinstein. Rubinstein is well respected for his work on organizational creativity and problem solving. He often consults for large organizations, and has written books on problem solving that are widely used in the field.

Courses are offered in the James A. Collins building, which was built in 1987 on Anderson’s UCLA campus. Participants are fortunate to study in the dynamic city of Los Angeles. While there are no residence options offered on campus, there are many hotels near the Executive Education program.
