The Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) has announced the inaugural Stanford LEAD Certificate: Corporate Innovation, an online program comprised of eight courses (three foundation courses and five electives) that provide strategic business tools and techniques for accelerating change and transformation within organizations.

Designed for professionals who are committed to creating and sustaining change in their organizations, the LEAD Certificate is most beneficial to:

* Change agents from large and small companies who are developing new products, services, and markets or embarking on strategic pivots or cultural changes

* Leaders of innovation teams in any field or organization – public or private, profit or nonprofit

* Busy professionals who have extensive organizational time commitments that make it impossible to be away from the office for executive education

Beginning September 30, 2015, this certificate program is led by Stanford’s world-class faculty through a combination of class-wide discussions, individual assessments, self-paced video lectures, and peer and faculty feedback. It begins with the fundamentals and then participants choose the electives most relevant to them.
